ASSEMBLY AWARDS

Assembly awards were all for housepoints this week! Sophie was awarded her 25, and there were lots for 50, 75 and 100. Olivia has reached a whopping 125 - well done Olivia and to everybody else for their certificates!

 

Harley played to the school in assembly. He was chosen as Mrs Taylor's 'Charanga Star' for great effort and dedication to learn the keyboard through his online lessons. Well done Harley!

 

Assembly on February 14th. Oliver won a medal for his footballing skills, while Kacper received his Level 8 Gymnastics certificate. Harvey and Alice are excelling at swimming, gaining their Level 3 certificates and Ella, Florence, Chloe and Sophie have been busy earning their Brownie badges. Jamie has amazed us again at his swimming club, where he was awarded with a shield for getting the most points in the County for his age; a trophy for most points in his club for 2019 and lots of medals - all won during one competition when he became the Counties 2020 champion! We also handed out 25, 50, 75 and 100 housepoints certificates. A huge well done to everybody! 

 

Assembly on February 7th. More children were give 25.50 and 75 housepoints. Recently, we thought about the big fires affecting Australia and decided we wanted to raise some money. We held an Australian Day and took part in a poster competition. The winners were Sky, Aiden and Natalia. Well done to everybody.

 

Assembly held on 31st January. In this week's assembly, we handed out some more 25, 50 and 75 housepoints.  Resident football super star, Mylee, proudly showed off her latest medals, which she had received from her local club. Our busy Library monitors displayed this week's book recommendations. Great work everybody!

 

Assembly on 24th January. Willow and Natalia received their Level 6 and 4 certificates in Gymnastics, while Mylee showed us her medal for her brilliant football ability. There were more 25 and 50 housepoints certificates and our Library Monitors gave us their book recommendations for this week. Well done everybody!

 

Assembly on 17th January. There were some more 25 and 50 housepoints. Eva and Mia have reached an amazing 75 housepoints, so very well done to them. Ronnie won a football medal for showing what he can do with the ball at his feet and Finley proudly showed us his Level 3 Swimming certificate. Our Library monitors continue to do an excellent job of recommending books and generally keeping the library tidy and in order. Great job everybody!

 

Assembly on 10th January. Well done to those children on achieving their 25 and 50 housepoints!

 

Assembly on 13th December. There were a few more 25 and 50 housepoints awards. Ania and Mylee showed us their badges from Rainbows, while Stanley and Finlay were proud to receive their Level 1 and 6 swimming certificates. Henry, George and Ella currently take part in a lunchtime Newspaper Club with Mrs Pharro, and have produced a copy of School News!

 

Assembly on 29th November. This week, we gave out some more 25 and 50 housepoints certificates. Lexi, Sunny and Florence are our Library Monitors and have been doing a great job of keeping the books sorted and tidy. They have even made a cardboard box for children to post their favourite book titles, which then get recommended in assembly. Meanwhile, Jamie has been competing in more swimming events and collecting more trophies, and Jonathan-Lee was very proud to show us his badges from Beavers. Great job everybody!

 

Assembly on 22nd November. This week there were some more 25 and 50 housepoints certificates handed out. Ella, Grace, Eva and Mia told us about their Gymnastics club and how well they are doing, while Logan and Jonathan have been doing great things in the water, gaining their Level 1 and 3 certificates. Well done to the Gymnastics Girls and Swimming Boys!

 

Assembly on 15th November. Finley proudly showed us his football award, which he received from his local club.  Jamie took part in a swimming competition at the Hudson Leisure Centre, Wisbech, and swum in events, including Individual Medley and Backstroke. He won bronze, silver and gold, as well as a trophy! There were awards for 25 housepoints too. Our Hockey team went to Wisbech Grammar School, and had great fun taking part in a skills day. Well done to everybody!

 

Assembly on 8th November. We gave out more 25 housepoints! Mylee and Ronnie showed us their football medal and trophy, which they won for playing at their local club. Jamie competed in swimming events at Cambridge and Retford and came away with a haul of gold, sliver and bronze medals, as well as 12 trophies! Well done everybody!

 

Assembly on 1st November. Quite a few more children received their 25 housepoints certificates for great work in their classrooms. Mylee showed us her medals, which she won at football for being on the winning team - twice!

 

Assembly on 18th October. Lots more children received their 25 housepoints certificates. Finlay showed us his medal for football and Harry was Beaver of the Week at his local Beaver Scout Club.  Well done everybody!

 

Assembly on 11th October. Year 1 children, Stanley, Roxy and Kaiden, have been working very, very hard and have achieved 25 housepoints already! Florence and Chloe have gained lots of badges at their local Brownie group and Finley and Harvey are football superstars, receiving medals and trophies for their footballing skills!

 

Assembly on 27th September. We said a fond farewell to Kieran and Poppy, who are leaving us to go to a new school.

 

Assembly on 20th September. This week Ania matched her sister's achievement from the previous week, by winning lots of rosettes at The Pony Club for completing various skills on horseback! Well done Ania!

 

Assembly on 13th September. Florence is in the Pony Club and came 1st in the Centre League Competition Series, while Stanley earned his marathon wristband for completing 20 Junior Parkruns. He has taken park in the runs since he was 4 and last weekend he managed an all-time personal best, running 1.25 miles in 10 minutes 52 seconds. Well done Florence and Stanley!
